François Kah is sharing his time between cooking, theater performance, photography and video.He began the theater as jugler for street performances. In 2002, he integrated the Lecoq formation. He worked with the compagnie Arcinolether in Europe and Middle East, and collaborated with several others projects of theater, danse or instalation. He is now part of the Container theater of Milano and regulary colaborates with the visual artist Stefan Piat. In 2011, he has funded the collective of theater performance Les Alices. He is regulary helping circus/dance/theater compagnies as an acting director.Since one year, François Kah is exploring how to play with the particular moment of the dinner. As a chief, he has worked in several restaurants, festivals, gatherings. His recipes (and his videos) come from differents parts of the world, from Reunion Island to Italie, Lebanon, Thailand…For OFFestival, he is proposing to compose a « Dinner » evening where all audiance’s senses (here becoming the dinner participants) will be required. What are we going to tasts? One sound explorer, one dancer, one instalation maker, one cook performer will mix their approach to find a delicat balance around a dinner.

A menu of seven dishes and 9 colors will be proposed. « A proposition to eat with the mouth, the eyes, the ears and the noze ».
